How to vote in Israel's 4th election in 2 years
This morning a friend asked for my advice about the fourth Israeli election in two years. Should he vote for a large party? Should he vote for a smaller one to boost a possible coalition? He was truly troubled.

My advice: Vote for a party you believe in, that reflects your values and morals. "Strategic voting" based on polls is just plain wrong--the polls are always off, and the whole idea of democratic elections is to vote your conscience.
But we agreed that there's only one issue in this election (again)--Bibi or no Bibi. Until that's resolved, not enough people are going to vote about actual issues like health care, economic distortions, education--all of which need immediate attention, but in our Bibi-centric election world, they are ignored.
